Go to usfoods.com and click "Login" in the top right corner.
Click "My Products" or "Order Guide" in the navigation.
Look for "Download" or "Export" button. Choose "CSV" or "Excel" format.
Access your regional PFG website (e.g., pfgc.com) and sign in to your account.
Look for "My Orders", "Purchase History", or "Order Guides" in the main menu.
Click "Export" or "Download" and select CSV format. The file should include Product Description, Pack Size, Price, and Brand.
Tip: PFG regional portals may vary slightly. If you can't find the export option, contact your PFG rep - they can email you a CSV of your order guide.
Restaurant Depot is a cash-and-carry warehouse. We show their prices as a baseline to help you negotiate better rates with delivery vendors.
Example conversation with your Sysco rep:
"I see Restaurant Depot has heavy cream for $32.99. You're charging me $38. Can you match $33 with delivery?"
Best Practice: Upload your order guides every Monday morning to get the latest Sysco prices (updated Sunday night) and track week-over-week changes.
